As of today, my Chronox is not accepted for online battles. Anybody know why and how I can solve this?
I am not a cheater and honestly have now clue why it would be rejected.
I’m on iOS 10.3 if that makes any difference.

Same here on my Android 4.2 device. After I fought on the Island Challenge event I cannot use my chronox in the online section anymore. Please help because I need Chronox to reach the goal in the Survival of the Fittest 2.0 event.

I started getting the error few hrs ago
Then i removed all my monsters, put them 1 by 1… did online dungeon after inserting everytime and when i put chornox in, i started getting the error again
Not only i missed online events because my tickets and chances in Island challenge were full, i had to waste so many tickets in determining the issue.
I emailed the customer support but no reply from them too. Its been 5 hrs so far.
Kindly fix it asap

And i got chronox in the online mission and spent time and gems getting it too…
