Hey guys, just wanted to see what the best ways to catch harpies were. So far I can only get a 43% chance of catching them when they are using hold ground. Thanks!
Always will be the same 43% chance - if you want a specific element I suggest using the dungeons in Chapter 4 online for that element - they should spawn randomly in battles or even a free one at the end of the dungeon
If you want to catch herpies, go to red light district 
it’s 100% chance
