Can't login to my main HI forum account because the fb account is temporarily blocked

I have 2 HI forum accounts, one for work & one for home laptop. 

Because I am away overseas, fb temporarily blocked the fb account im using to access my main account & It’s asking for my DOB. The main problem was, the fb account was an account I created for my recent business & didn’t put my real DOB in (forgot what I put) & therefore unable to re-activate it.

So 2 questions:

  1. Does anyone know any way around this fb problem? Who to contact on facebook?

  2. OR can I transfer my HI account to another email address?
