Why can’t I access the online section of Neo Monsters? It stays stuck on the download bar. My app is fully updated, and I bought it from the Play Store. I haven’t used cheats or exploits, and I own the account without purchasing it from someone else. Is there an issue, a bug, or is the game under maintenance?
Normaly its just a internett issue
Find a stable connection restart the application and just let it download
Can take anything from 30 seconds to 5 minuttes depending on your connection
If your connection flickers during the download process it can bug and you gotta restart again

Restart the app or your phone, then try with WiFi or mobile data or give a hotspot with another phone. Either of it will work. I had this issue often before with some of my devices and changing the internet connection will work, like PurpleHeart mentioned before.
