This happened to me very recently , even i made a thread …
It turns out the problem was with my internet connection . Try reinstalling the app.
If it doesn’t work , clear ur cache .
For me , it worked when I reset my internet .

It may be network problem, happens with me sometimes when I am out. Also I see a pop-up saying that the server is under maintenance from 4:30 am to 5:30 am or pm which kicked me out of the dungeon challenge.
