This should hav been legendary evolution of the original dragon trio. Forgot the blue dragon’s name , something kaizer !.
Moveset wise , seems like a good pair with persephia.

High speed and no restriction on pullback could be good. I may try and incorporate this dude into a water stealth team.
The problem I find with monsters like Persephia is that it spaces out your own stun protection too much. Although subjugation probably won’t do that as much as Persephia.
Any design that’s not a waifu I will always love

An OK.
The design is kinda childish on final form, better 2nd form.
I personally like this, its here just to hype up Anniversary.
I like the Pirate synergy, high speed and high attack! Also has some versatility with shield steal and pullback. Looks like a fun monster!
I like the design and the retribution gives it some generic versatility. It’s just a shame that in this day and age for monsters to be “good enough” they need to take on tankier stuff so it really needs its pirate squad… which is very limiting.
It should play well against other legendaries and in a throw next setup it will play well too. So it has some places it can be used, but not one for the competitive players to pick up.
I think it should be aquatic squad- 50% attack+def boost with an ally aquatic unit, and piercing with the 4 pirates listed. That would mean that octo, whiskers and canine (the three weakest) would activate both, but wraithcap wouldn’t, and it should help him be fairly strong in killing who he chooses if you build around him enough
Or make it piercing with an aquatic ally, and make him summon a goldoid instead of a rockoid when there is an ally pirate. Because pirates and gold, ya know

I’ve decided to run this guy this season! I think he’s
better than some people gave him credit for. Shield stealer is nice and throw next is good for removing shells and boxjaws next in line, but unlike Persephia (which I’m running next to him) it’s not the only attacking option.
Realistically Wraithcaptain is the only viable boost for the frontline so I’m running that in 5th and then Canni is running nicely behind.
I’m undecided on what to run in 3rd or 4th atm, but a few things have run well, but not perfectly.
Overall I like Bartholosar though. He’s fun to play.

he overpowers me but I just defeated his that team .
@Dev_VKC I’ve been running various frontlines with Bartholosar and Persephia as a combo. I have to say the move set is great and I really like it. Not too strong or weak but well balanced.
The only thing I would say is that you often end up surrounded by your own rockoids (which generally is really helpful), but because your stun protection is always miles away, it’s hard to protect yourself.
I’d recommend adding stun immunity to “subjugation” to allow it to combo better with throw next monsters. Persephia too but I appreciate that’s probably asking too much 
It’s nice to have a different style of FL though

Different style… another one with all monsters having stun immunity because that’s the only valid way to play the game
