Well, im saving gems for an event like this, but im not sure if it was a one time thing.

You should totally go for this one. Sol, Luna, reven and polareon are all stupendous monsters to have around, and there’s a very high probability of getting them compared to other legends. You can just accumulate gems between this one and Christmas in preparation of that one.
Probably not. It was the game’s anniversary, so of course they’re going to do something monumental. But regular holidays usually don’t get much beyond just the current event legendary. Still, as long as it’s a good legend, right?
