It’s just me or the new “login” for Akane release is not giving the gems
From day 2 till now still appearing the same sign
“You already claimed this rewards”
It’s personal or anybody happens too?

its happening with me too…daily claiming gems…its saying already claimed which i havent claimed at all @Dev_VKC can you fix this ?
Me too experiencing same issue. After claiming reward for first time in a day again login reward screen appears that too that screen does not have option to close. So if we click on other day gem reward it say you already claimed. However, next day login screen shows third day reward but we actually claimed only one day reward. @Dev_VKC solve this issue ASAP…

I also have some questions for you:
- Were you able to claim 2 bonuses at once (in any day)? Like Guardian 's case.
- Did you restore your account during the login bonus period?
- Did you change cellphone clock during the login bonus period?
I don’t like ur irony here,it is an awesome game and all the games have bug because is pretty normal, nothing is perfect
I know more ppl who are having the same problem ,is impossible that they all do one of these options
My question is,why u didn’t put the login where u always put, below of “Cumulative login bonus” ,this is different u just enter and the login appear and when u touch u can see it again ,no like the past ones
EDIT: I casually just enter to the game and I got the login bonus twice but when I touch the screen second time I got this
I just enter normally to online and got the login screen two times
Because we want new players to be able to claim the login bonus rewards even after the login period ends if they continuously login everyday.
For example, if a player joins Neomon on the last day of the login bonus, as long as the player keeps logging in everyday, the login bonus will continue to pop up until the player finishes the whole login or misses 1 day.
In the previous setup, that player can only get day 1 reward only because they join at the wrong time.

no, on first day i claimed one gem for that day…and the login window popped up showing to claim even next day reward…after clicking on it …i didnt receive anything and on next day…2nd day because i clicked its reward on first day…i didnt recive anything on 2nd day and it started to show 3rd day reward claim and hence went on…and in the end i didnt get anything aside from 1 gem

No, I can claim only one reward but again login screen appeared and when I clicked the 2nd day gen it says you already claimed reward. When I login 2nd day it shows that I already claimed 2nd day gem reward and I can click only third day gem reward and claim it. Simply saying I can’t get 2nd day gem reward
The only workable claiming days is the first and the last
The other 6 gems can’t claim it
The issue has been fixed, and the missing login gems will be sent to the reward boxes of the users who had this issue AFTER this special login ends.
