I have like 70 friend requests and it takes such long time to accept one by one. I noticed theres a “reject all” button but no “accept all”?

There is no accept all because there is a limit to how much you can add.
Trust me it gets alot worse when your at max friends cuz you have to delete to accept new friend request.
I don’t care of who i add, i just don’t wanna spend 30 mins adding 70 individually
