Without the 10-pack guaranteed mythic - those are just festival banners without standard pool myths.
Basically yes they are standard festivals without the pool mythics

Yeah i feel the same i think it all started around summer of last year with Selene, Medusa etc. I mean if you look at @Killerdog tierlist most of those mythics are above A tier
