First waifu that came up on my most used list was on page 9. I consider that a success!
Voidress and Damedevil came up earlier but they don’t count as they’re from the pre hentai-waifu era.
Angelion is there because I got him not long ago

for a game to remain you have to bring new things if not it would simply become monotonous, I think maybe 8 star monsters not but maybe one that can be invoked through the sacrifice of others and this would be stronger, if it will happen or not is a mystery
Does Arachna count as a waifu? 
No. Lucifelle and Satomi were the first ones. And even they look tame compared to the “monstrosities” that are released these days.

Lucifelle is my Deluga on a budget so I use her with GT monsters in PVE. Other than them, I just run anglomaiden ( my favourite mythic other than aurazur which I dont have).
