Currently, I have the team cost to ultra evolve one of my legendaries in my current team. Thoughts on who to evolve (obviously, I’m not going to waste the cost for Nebel because I only use it for death revenge and duplicate). For what it’s worth my meta has +1 because I got a dup in the festival :(. Also when I have the cost, should I evolve shinobizard or should I wait a bit longer to try to evolve the other legendary? Anybody have any idea how cost scales with level around the 110s?
