The snowflake will be under orlen town as you are heading south of orlen to the forest it is the spot that is right by the water. It is the 5th possible movement thingy you can click on and it sticks out into the water. That is where it spawns

Just keep grinding and farming
It is a rare spawn so it will take a while to get one.
