Why is this happening to me 
yesterday I got 2 onika shard in 4 packs didn’t get mantiferno even after 7 packs now today I got this bunny police in 2 packs had to throw 2 more packs to get that cactus now I have only 288 gems i need 212 gems in under 2 weeks for fortune shrine

Luck only plays part during hatch. I just saved my gems and didn’t hatch in any of the anniversary banners. So spending those gems now. Will be reserving left over gems for new mythic mermaid girl (if she’s good enough to spend 
)

Yes, the banners are correct, it’s just that some players have bad luck. A few months ago, I got a fragment with the first 40 gems.

I awakend the bunny in 29 packs so 1160 gems 5 mythic eggs 1 off banner, they seem to work correctly, just some people getting the bad end of the stick who are more vocal than the ones with good luck

I think thats some good luck man, you managed to get the legendary that can be even more rare than the mythic at times
Well… yeah, it wasn’t too bad. My account is relatively new, and I can’t focus on mythic monsters, but rather on expanding my legendary collection. I got 4 out of 6 featured monsters from the banner.
I don’t want to play anymore, because of my greed for the crystal cockroach I lost the only thing that kept me in the game, the gems, now I’m in misery.
