They have dataminers. They dig into the game’s files and see monsters before they are released.
Theoretically, anyone with a good experience in coding can somehow decipher a game’s code and have access to the unreleased files.
It’s not something only Laxus can do, though you probably need to know Japanese, since ZigZa is from Japan and its possible they name the files in their language (though I’m not sure on this, as I’m no expert).

31 eggs from infernicon banner - 4 SE and 27 Epics. Sheesh… It has been 60 eggs hatches since I got legendary. I thought I didn’t get any legendary during last 3 10 packs, so lucky might favor me but I was mistaken.

In the long run you will find better success with packs rather than singles, because you get the rare gems which give you a much higher chance in the rare banner.
I just thought about my luck from the perspective you presented and I’ve pretty much got 2 legends a month since when I started.
Yes I do agree, packs are better in the long run and will give access to some nice rare egg legends, but I did hatch 3 packs on the banner and got nothing, so I just hatch singles.
Since they got rid of the 50%, 60% 100% leg guarantee for old packs the only thing going for it is just the rare gem bonus. Otherwise the odds are the same
