Been trying to claim my prize for over 10 minutes now, I would just give up but it would be a complete waste of a key, 25 tickets, and more time…
Anyone else having server issues right now? Right after the post giving me a free gem too, I was hoping they’d be fixed by now.
Just keep trying it didn’t work for me once and I tried again in about 5 minutes and it worked
After consistently trying for an hour now and hitting try again ~500 times (it got to a point where the message would instantly reappear for a while, as if it weren’t even trying to connect) I’m calling it quits, so I guess it’s all going down the drain. Very annoying how it was able to connect to take my key and tickets, yet minutes later I can’t redeem my prize. This game has been a huge disappointment for me so far, unfortunately. I expected better from the creators of Dragon Island and Hunter Island, both of which are some of my favorite mobile games ever, what a shame. I’ll be thinking twice about buying any further games from them (this was an instant purchase for me after receiving the email) after the way they plagued this game with in-app purchases being the only way to collect a majority of the monsters. Huge step down from Hunter Island and Dragon Island Blue.
I’ve had issues before with server connection, but it’s always resolved itself and never lasted this long. I finally hit the cancel button and attempted to go online and was instantly connected, so it wasn’t even a server issue, they just didn’t want to give me my prize I guess.
