I reached level 121 in the island challenge, but game said connection was bad. Had to retry to claim price, but then I did not get the reward even when I had connection.
Also the calculation of my rank was weird. 0 x 0 x 0 points, rank 999999.
Waited for a while, restarted the app, played pvp meanwhile, but still didn’t get my cute white bear :s
When I enter the island, next level is 122, so the fight must have been registered.

Sounds like you should report it to the devs. Either via email or Facebook. They will look into it and reward you the monster.

I had the same problem few times but i did not care in lower lvls but now I miss legendary potion from 250lvl.
I have the same problem and I already email them two days ago. But I don’t get a reply from their also not received a miss reward (Albabear)
Takes them about a week-ish.
I sent a PM to dev VKC here on forum. Fixed it in one day.
Guys today Im very sad. My hero level is 116 and yet to get 2 rare gems from island challenge. Suddenly my connection lost and when I reconnected I am unable to claim my 2 rare gems
Uh, the 2 rare gems are at level 300. Not 116. . .

It’s implied that if I am about to get two rare gems, I should be at level 300 in island challenge…
