LOL I JUST DID FLOOR 90-100 FIRST TRY WITH ONLY MY FRONTLINE
On the first floor, I didn’t encounter any enemies until the boss. Since this was my first attempt, I forgot to reset my team from the previous run so I was using
Dusicyon
Moku
Raizen
Prismaryx
I wasn’t able to beat the boss without moku dying, but that was the only time I lost a monster. After I passed the first floor, I switched back to my starting frontline. This was the full team I used. I took this screenshot while on floor 99 and you can see that the frontline I used was a ripoff of DonT’s from his four monster run except I used mojinator instead of Prismegasus.
This frontline had a ton of stun options and plenty of ways to remove stun protection. I got incredibly lucky by not facing something like scarleguard or a stun counter without any reinforcements (this would mean nulltron could not use repulse). I dealt with camouflage stun absorbers by stunning them with heavenswyrm, killing them with novadrake, then stunning the team again with nulltron, novadrake, and mojinator. There was also one time when I used retreat into a friend monster with shocking entrance to stun a baublebasher which was about to kill nulltron. I could deal with death revenge by using shield all with heavenswyrm or by stunning them to high tu then killing everything with nulltron.
This was the final battle. This was also lucky because there weren’t any full stun immune teams in any of the fights.
I understand if people don’t consider this a proper four monster challenge run since I technically used a full team. The only monsters that entered the field at any point in time were nulltron, novadrake, heavenswyrm, and mojinator + friend monster except for the first battle when I forgot to reset my team. (keep in mind that I would’ve easily passed through the first floor unscathed if I was using my main frontline) At the very least, I’m the first person to go from floor 90 to floor 100 on the first try while only losing one monster.
