Good for some and bad for others, updates are coming often, and every one of them usually have the characteristic of completely changing the meta. Now, this directly affects how good teams that appears in test your team section are,since they are always based on the previous meta.
Lately every time I go to test my team there it’s useless, cause I’m playing against a meta that no longer exists or doesn’t make sense. For instance, right now many teams there have two absorbers in FL, due to Dusi’s last update; and there are some poison fl which can’t even make a single attack cause of toxic entrance nerf.
That all said, teams that appears in test team section should be updated more often and every time a new game update is released, those teams should be updated as well. Since in this last case it wouldn’t make sense to put teams used in previous pvp season in there (cause meta just changed), then devs should make new good teams related to the new changes and put them there for us to be able to make good tests.

Since the devs are taking teams used by pvp players, they should also carry over the correct bonus pots. I think it would be best if the devs updated test your team by selecting new teams from the top 50 a few days after each pvp season ends.

I updated the teams exactly at the end of each ranked pvp, that should be enough to keep the meta updated in the team test, you can catch between the top 20 and 50.Also give you the maximum bonus
If a player scores top 10 on PvP for 2 or more times, give him/her the power to update upto 3 teams in that section which can be at once (if you wanna embed 4th, you’ll have to remove one). It will keep it fresh, top tier, and in accordance with the ongoing meta.
Thats not a good idea tbh.Its best to have top 100 teams although it would be tiresome to add
