Ok. I’ve taken a good look at your team and it seems great overall. Just a few thoughts:
I can see you’re setting up the Holy link SBA at the end, but I think this is restricting you too much with your monster choice. So is the amount of dependency on getting stun to work. What’s more, we also have 9 cost extra you can use.
Replace Spectrefox with Drakion. You don’t need purify all and you have a stealth bane with delugazar already.
Replace Chonox with shurikaizer (I think that’s what it’s called). The sneak attack ninja. He combos really well with Duscy’s cannibalise token.
Swap The people’s monster (Moku) around with Lordsreign. The chances are Lords will die when Moku enters, however swapping them will force the opponent into difficult decisions.
I generally dislike blitz dragon. It’s often deadweight for the rest of the game after it stuns. Put the legendary Phoenix there instead. You can give turn to the stun bomb if you need to.
If the enemy is wrapped up in too much stun protection, fine, GT to something else. You’re a little bit exposed to stun yourself, so this will help strengthen it. Also, Raizen and Tygoron can stun anyway so I think we’re good

Is it possible to time your speed so that you can swap bitter and bauble? enrage Nox. Cannibalise Froggo and then it sets up retribution for bauble and brings in Choco for stun protection? @Grim_Reaper

Thanks I am winning more now. I can’t bring in the phoenix due to lack of cost(I forgot to turn on my raizen ss in the pic) so I kept my chronox. The dusci shurikaizer combo is especially fantastic.It really helps me a lot.

Still not enough cost. Chronox can usually grab a kill with faststrike so I think it should be fine to keep him.
He dies too easily charging the opponent though. I’ll leave it to you

Is this team good for pvp with the max 5 mythics/legends rule?
If not, can you guys please help me make a better team/improve it?

I see one of the most visible problems there is the lack of Stun protection after Bitterbeast. He’s the only Stun Absorber! You should put more of them in your team, approximately one every four/five monster (space them out further as you approach endgame).
Can you show more or your unevolved 5★ monsters? Maybe there’s some useful Stun Absorber there.
One monster you could benefit from here is Astrogolem. Put him in last place and you’ll be able to do quite the damage with that 30sec Sacrifice Load Mortar! Since the limit is 5 legendaries, you could do away with Gryphking.
Also, Chamilizard and Gnashjaw are mainly LINK monsters, moreso Chamilizard. If suggest you move the fairies in front of them, that way you’ll achieve LINK more easily!
As I said before, if you show us more of your unevolved 5★s we may find something else too.

U can use fd Iris for a high speed accelerate as well as for cannibalize

Just what I was hoping to find: he’s right, F.D. Iris is a wonderful Stun Absorber. 92% speed, Accelerate Team and you can’t leave it there indefinitely, contrarily to Bitterbeast and similar.
You could REALLY benefit from putting it in endgame, between Tricranium and Astrogolem, to make them unstoppable shielded Stun Immunity sweepers: unfortunately you need more protection in your midgame, so I’d suggest putting it before Wolfrozor. Wolfrozor and Galvabane are fast, plus Wolfrozor can definitely use some acceleration.
You can also evolve Spikiestblaze, the fire hedgehog, that’s a very good Stun Absorber too. Put him instead of Carapasca
