Designing a monster is different to creating a moveset. Design usually refers to art.
I posted mine in hunter Island sub forum but now not sure if it’s the right place. Seems to be neo monster general discussion and hunters Island discussion. What is the difference?

Oh right. It’s confusing as there are more sub forums like bugs (no bug board for neo monster though?) for that one and they also have an announcement for neo monsters in it.
