Can anybody explain to me how to get a +9 bonus for the starters?
Epic Portion x9 to your starter. You can win them in events.
You can’t do it with the unevolved starter monsters?
You can use potions on any stage of the monster
The starters while unevolved can be upgraded with epic potions
Potions are gained from events or getting a dupe of a monster you have that is +9 on the wheel again
So far the only chance to get legendary potions have been from the single give away from the dev team when pvp crashed
The dungeon challenge on floors 72 and 80
And by getting in the top 10 of the ultimate challenge
