What are ingredients in the online mode used for?
What are silver coins used for? and where?
Does the week/day affect the gameplay or the story?
How can I get legendary friends online? My online username is Vampire

Ingredients are used for the ultra evolution of epic rarity and above monsters.
Silver coins are used for feeding youth fruit to your monster or ultra evolving them.
The week/day does not affect the game.
In order to get online friends with legendary monsters you must go onlinr and add a friend through their specific code by going to:
Online -> Community -> Add a friend
You can find your own unique friend code there.
The username doesn’t help in adding them.
Oh okay, I’ve been getting ingredients and had no idea what they were for.
My friend code is 99615229. Will I only be able to see mutual friend’s monsters?

You’ll be able to see your friends’ shared monster under Friend list in the Community section.
Before starting an online mission a screen will pop up for you to choose a friend’s monster to go on the mission with you. Thia list starts by listing a few of the friends on your friends list but not all. After finishing the mission you can choose to send them a friend request or not if they aren’t your friend. It’s up to them whether or not to accept your request.
