You can find that all around Maldan. 

You can also find Voltyke around there. If you don’t have that yet, I recommend getting it.

I was looking for it to try to confirm it for you (in case the list was wrong). I had trouble finding it right by Maldan. I found it after going up 2 steps from Maldan and then taking the northwest step (in that location).
