SOS serious need for help or even any response

Can’t get decent response on here or zigzag…to game crashing/stopping…last message I got from zigzag was they were aware of problem, and sorry for inconvenience…September 13th

today I did the 1.4.2 update, which just made things worse

  1. game reset back to beginning, and can’t use my CODE because I used it earlier after the orginal big problem update

  2. game still is glitches

  3. game still crashes
    The real slap in the face, I got Legendary monster 1st spin, something I didn’t have on lvl 69 account, even having spent $$$
