Something wrong with my Neo monster app/account

Dear Devs,
Urgently need your help. My Neo monster account seems to be behaving weird after the update before anniversary. On anniversary, I got black beast and maggatoid which appears to be present in duplicate, both ultra evolved but one with full speed and other with half speed. I’m a genuine person since two years and not at all a hacker. I had purchased neo monster from play store. Devs please investigate into this as I don’t want to get my account banned for no reason.

The same thing happened to me. I contacted support and after they did an investigation they siad it was a bug with the secret skill toggle feature. They told me to just delete the dupes and it hasnt happened to me since.

Please delete the half speed duplicates to avoid issues with monster fusing in the future.

Nonono, remove one of his and place it in my account, don’t have it be deleted.
