So, first time I noticed this was last apparition of Amnityrant, I was surprised I hadn’t him in my monster pool, but since I was really busy I didn’t pay more attention, even if I remembered I had him (and I am sure now).
But today it happened with Tyrfina, I’m 100% sure I had her, and I hatched her today as a new monster, not as a shard as it should have been.
So yes, these 2 monsters are gone from my inventory, and I have never deleted any monsters from my account.

We have checked your account. You never had Ammityrant, but you did hatch Tyrfina recently.
Can you check your monsters again? If you still can’t find her, please check the egg page and see if there is text saying “Retry Last 10” on the hatch button. Please hit it if you see that.
Never mind. I misunderstood what you meant. No, you never had Tyrfina before. You just hatched her today. We cannot find any deleting history as well.
No I swear I had Tyrfina 100%, second form no shards. Same for Amnityrant. I have no other account, I only have this one for years.
So now I should have her +3.
