@kabylian Please be kinder to other people on the forum. Octopus is a newer player and didn’t deserve comments like “you said a lot of nonsense stuffs you dont understand anything in the mechanism did you talk just to talk”. Imagine getting told stuff like this when you’re new to the forum and trying to give positive engagement on threads.
For everyone’s knowledge, I’m the other person sharing Vixenblade that Kabylian asked what my experience was with friend points. I told him I haven’t seen any issue with it, because the amount I get is exactly what I expect to get. Some shared monsters get picked more than others and Vixen simply doesn’t get picked quite as much because people don’t realise how crazy strong it is, it might not fit with their team (beasts/protectors/water) and they see the OoO and think that’s an important part of the moveset. Carmilla and a few others are obvious choices for most people.
So I think it’s quite simple… if you want to maximise the friend points you get then share a monster that gets picked lots. Otherwise, share whatever monster you like. I share Vixenblade because it’s one of my favourites, that’s also incredibly good to take if people know what they’re doing.
Unless there’s a genuine bug with shared monsters then this topic doesn’t merit being brought up in the bugs thread. Better to make another thread for it and we bring it up here if people agree there’s actually maybe a bug happening.

It’s not even about being a new player , having finished the game twice and watching my friends play the game, the only time we really thought about picking friend monster was during the very start(when our monsters weren’t good enough to do ultra evolve quests) and near end in online story chapters, we played area damaging mons like deodragon and carmilla in starting and monsters like aurodragon, carmilla and kuraokami in end(for shatter and snowslide) . It’s funny how he thinks he knows more about what newer players need than the newer players themselves when his last experience of being new was years ago.

Also im aware vixenblade isnt the best choice but how can you explain how i shared plumilisk who is much worse but gets like ×5 freinds points , even the friends requests i had to clear 50 at least once a day , low hero players (from 15 to 50) a lot doesnt understand much about team building, and solo moves , i know because im having an alt account and facing a lot who restrict their monsters with solo paired with same element , they even use raw with AP , so dont tell me those dont pick vixenbalde becase she has solo moves , so back to if i share any mythics plumilisk or even apollo i get so mamy friend requets ,more than 50 per day by those low hero rank players , even cyclophina the neq legednary that no one know how good or bad she is i was happy i got her so i shared her few days she is like ×10 better than vixenblade , but seriously 10 freinds for vixenblade in 3 days … its clear something is wrong about her
Best choice is still Carmilla. I can get 50K every few days with her.

yet in action vixenblade and harleking have proven to be much better in terms of sweeping , being consistent even at episode 5+ of chapter 8 of hell mode where it works effectively with their piercing sweeping. The only thing where Carmilla is better is in terms of resistance, because for a reliable sweep she needs three victims for her vigor bloodbite but she only has one reliable way to do so having just one victim it is with its guaranteed killing movement

Vixenblade may be stronger in a team which you have built around it, however Carmilla doesn’t need any team building. 3/5 of Vixen’s moves are unusable if you have a water monster on the field and it loses the piercing if there’s a protector or a beast type.
So to conclude: Vixen is better in a built team, and when you don’t have a prebuilt team to accommodate Vixen, Carmilla is better 99% of the time.

I like to have a variety of friend monsters to have some fun, however Deus literally nerfs the user in PvE xD
This is interesting insight, but it’s worth remembering that new players tend to have very skewed views on what is good in a game. I think what’s “correct” is probably somewhere between the two viewpoints.
I wouldn’t fault someone if their top pick was Doomengine. However, it’s definitely not the best choice.
For the focus of this discussion, what matters is what the majority of people tend to pick. All we can do is learn what those monsters are and we can try to figure some of it out by logical thinking. Vixen is clearly not a top choice for whatever reason. Simple sweepers that appear strong tend to be top picks, I think. For example, Azida was a monster that people loved to pick after that came out.
Im using him in my current bondquest team caus im bo ding him and that vanquish damage when he is charged gets the job done there is far better options to use tho unless you just want to have fun 
In PvP it would be fun but I don’t play PvP 
Those friend points are after playing for ~4 hours today. The friend requests are the most recent 2 hours.

I would not recomend him as a GO FOR THIS MONSTER if you wanna be competetive tho

I do have a lot of friends, and top guys , thanks to them to be a part of my friend list , the only one who doesn’t want is you because you know i will use it to snipe you in ranked
