Summary: normally only 1% of the players will win, but if you have never won in that Season (usually 10 weeks per Season) you just need to finish in the top 10%. This way people who don’t win get better odds of winning as time goes by.
1). We will keep a list of every player that has won a grand prize in a mission
2). The list will be wiped out every 10 weeks (number may change based on feedback). We will refer to this period as a Season.
3) If you have NOT won a grand prize through finishing in the top during a Season, then you are placed in pool A.
4) If you have won a grand prize through finishing in the top during a Season, then you are immediately placed in pool B.
5) For players in pool A, the number of grand prizes awarded in each mission will equal to 10% of the people who completed (everyone in both pools who got to the end including the people who lost) the prior week’s mission .
6) For players in pool B, the number of grand prizes awarded in each mission will equal to 1% of the people who completed (everyone in both pools who got to the end including the people who lost) the prior week’s mission.

so, this is the first time I will be leveled up enough to get past level 5 in an online mission since I restarted on my new phone right before the 2 weeks of no missions. how do Grade Boosters work? is there a level above S? or will it max out taking an A to an S? thanks.
this is the firs online mission i’ve been equiped for. and i managed to beat it in one go. what’s most amazing is i beat the final boss with only 1 arkadian - ironheart. man does life flip come in handy.
so, this was the first online mission I was able to complete, so hooray for me. (my old phone was on an old iOS so by the time I restarted playing it would not access the online functions). unfortunately, when I completed it this morning, about 8 AM EST, it told me that all of the main prizes had already been completed and I got put into an egg wheel and got a rather disappointing B rank Halocat.
I thought main prizes were for the first 10%. how does it know to cap it if the event is not over yet? how many would it have ended giving out if it was already done this morning?
***edited, just saw the line on the original post how the 10% is based off the prior week’s result and that since this is the first event in the season, everybody is in the same pool
Between a newborn and family issues, my free time wasnt really all that free this week. Most weeks, though, I should be able to play. First opportunity I had to play, I contacted RA to do so.
