How did u contact devs exactly?
It takes time btw and you need lots of info. I got my restore code a half a week ago but it took them a week to give me the code. Just be patient

Hey did you ever type it in with your keyboard once?
If you did it might probably pop up when you type in digits similar to it.
I had lost both my restore codes from my clip board and I contacted the game and they couldn’t help me, luckily this worked.
