Got the same, don’t know if we can switch the language 
If you haven’t restored within a year then get the restore code, delete and reinstall the game and use the code to get your data back.
If you have restored within a year then still note down the restore code, if you msg the devs on Facebook they can sort it so you can restore from the same code.
