Around Ravindal, in the desert. I don’t think there’s any specific location, they practically spawn everywhere in that area, but they aren’t extremely common so you may have to spend a few to get one.
Beware, they have a tendency to kill themselves, so take a stunning arkadion when you try to catch one.
