Although the apology you gave wasn’t entirely complete. You did call him a fraud back then. But we are past that now. I would have liked to think that he was too. The amount of abuse he threw at you was totally unacceptable.
While I agree it wasn’t entirely complete you didn’t see his private messages to me that’s why I did it that way. I had tried explaining to him I’d get back to him and stuff but was out to lunch with friends and visiting family for my youngest sisters wedding, and he wouldn’t drop it.
GG arash. If I hadn’t made some stupid mistakes it might have turned out differently. Haven’t had time to be to the forum lately and I’m paying for it. Zard very kindly offered to tune up my team through an exhibition match and I’m just now seeing it (he posted a week or so ago). Wish I had seen it before the event, it would have been beneficial to say the least, or I guess in this case to write the least.
That’s the most important thing in this thread and no one gives a flying f. Devs need to change the look of secret skilled mons or a crown or something like that in front of the name of mons with ss
Lol the forum cop is back in town and this time he decided to bring it on another level. This is ridiculous.
I know he behaves like really bad, but still you would overstimate your power. You are literally not the police so I doubt that you are legally aloud to do what you said. In addition to that it depends in which country this forum is registered and in which country this guy sits. To add another point, you have to be 100% sure that he is the one who hides behind the fake IP and you can not tell that without at least missing 0,01%. If his IPS would block him, he could simply sue you. Not sure if it’s worth it, but it’s up to you to decide.
I can’t personally revoke his internet. However, it is perfectly legal to go to his ISP and hand them the several pages of evidence I have. He wouldn’t be able to sue me. He would have to sue his ISP.
His ISP can then give judgement from there.
You do make good points, but as you said. It would depend on what company he is registered with.
…the country, I don’t remember mentioning a company. Or is a US-Stereotype happing right now where they don’t know other countries but their own Maybe a Mod can do the f he wants in the US but definetly not in Europe. Here, IP falls under data protection which means that you are not allowed to give it to third parties. If you tell his ISP that this person is doing this and that with this IP the person can sue you.
