PVP Bug Reports!

how can you say that pVp is a bug? it gets better than before when i left. devs done a great job in improving pvp

I have lost 3 pvp battles because the battle freezes, always on the other players turn. I’ve waited over 5 minutes on each battle before closing the gaming.
My internet speed is fine, and I’m not having issues in any other parts of Neomonsters.

Just used overwatch when my opponents cybereon was next in line on 80 TU. Ended up 25 seconds behind. Sooner the update that attempts to fix the bugs but won’t is released the better

while waiting for a match then error occurred and couldn’t find an opponent with lost ticket. please fix this

Mike can you confirm what out of the list has been fixed? I already have seen in UC that poison isn’t waking Sleep instantly and that roaring/overwatch still doesn’t work properly

^ A few. Our major concern was ironing out disconnection issues and making sure some revenge effects are triggered with proper timing. One major focus for next update will be skill bug fixes.

Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but sometimes in pvp when I pull the notification bar down on my phone (galaxy s6) it gives an instant defeat.

Hey everyone how goes it,

I am new to the forum but have been playing about 4 months now.

Started getting into PVP and see that it’ll potentially be a great mechanic for the community.

Most of the bugs I faced have been mentioned and I might add I get auto defeats after a 5 game win-streak.

So I have a few suggestions about player behavior and how to prevent bad game etiquette that might lag the experience for everyone.

 

  1. Half the players in PVP leave and disconnect when they feel hopeless while waiting for sleep-lock, stun-lock combo etc…

This is very frustrating because then my game freezes of no fault of my own and I feel neither party should have to suffer.

 

Therefore I suggest a forfeit button that will end the fight when long combos cause people to break the match.

 

I also suggest a deterrent like a penalty time - a couple hours for disconnecting members so they stop stringing that behavior, I believe that causes problems for the server.

 

Personally I sit thru the match and take the combos like a boss but I understand why people don’t want to waste time and watch their team get curb stomped.

I disagree. Losing to a sleeplock is like sitting there doing nothing for the next 30 minutes. Not a lot you can do about it.

Just lost a game due to the ran out of time bug. Happened 3x in a row. Wan’t a hacker. Lost 70 points to it :confused: hard to stay in top 50 when losing to bugs.

Both your comments agree with my concerns so I am not sure if you understood. I don’t like sitting thru lock combos either.

Which is why I suggested the run button be an option even during opponent’s turn to discourage rage disconnect.

(Rage disconnect behavior freezes both parties)

The question is not whether we agree or disagree, it is more ‘how we deter’ that kind of behavior.

Other than that, the bugs have been experienced by most and we all know PVP is still in its infancy so really I think you really meant you agree right?

Not one bug has been fixed at all

Make the damn Choco monster’s overwatch trigger and note lose the turn when he is attacked while sleeping, please. It costed me many matches and is totally frustrating

Just used poison touch with omega which is 48tu as it’s +1. Enemy next monster was 62tu. I ended up 35 seconds behind the enemy

Well a new bug I have never seen before just happened to me. Person I was fighting only had burnsalot left on field. I still had 4 on field and 4 in reserves. Killed his burnsalot which should of ended the game. Instead 4 rockoids came on the field then 5 seconds later I get a defeat.

Bruh, I’ve been playing this game since it came out. I’m a level 107 and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars to support this game, been playing since hunter island back in the day, this is a great game. But seriously, pvp makes me not want to play. Couple complaints, the obvious one is the disconnecting issue which I think is caused by opponents closing out their game of turning off their phone to freeze the game. No joke I’ve gotten over 20 defeats by opponents that I was destroying in pvp and when it would be their turn the game freezes and you guys know what happens next. Beyond frustrating, also what the hell is up with the way monsters go first in the beginning? You know what’s worst than receiving a loss from salty players who disconnect? Is losing a game in the first 30 seconds because their lavaronix or mechaviathan goes first… I’ve lost a couple games where their team destroyed 8 of my monsters without me even getting a turn… how is that fair at all?! It should be one monster goes first then the opponent then me then the opponent so on, none of the “speed” bs. Don’t understand why my lavaronix who’s level 9 potion always goes before the opponents lavaronix or mecha. Seriously?!

Each potion adds + 1% speed to the monster.

High level pvp is unforgiving to slow strategies. This is true. Those slow momsters are best left for the midgame. Getting 8 monsters taken off your team means that you need to cone up with a faster frontline.

If they did implement a system like yours then frontlines would largely stay the same. And you still would have the opponent wipe 8 monsters off of you unless you restructured your frontline.

tell that to midas being outspeed by a legend TT or raizen outspeed by midas or terror ousteed by zephy…
Devs should either fix these bugs or tell us how poitions modify speed
