I dont wanna change my phone language I just want that this will be fixed. Seems like a bigger problem. Or does evertale has also a update problem? Surely that comes first :roll_eyes:

Devs…you need to re-update the game…the games response differently on my two devices!!

On my phone stacks on loading bar…
On my tablet cant connect in online section…

well…i reinstalled because i got stuck on the loading screen. Now it just says after the loading screen that there’s something wrong with my memory file and i should restart.

Just to update everyone where we are at currently

  • We just released an android update that fixes the loading issue, it may take some time to appear on your store, if it takes longer than 1 hour, try restarting your device.
  • Fixed android icon issue
  • We have submitted an iOS update to apple with the same fix, and will release it as soon as it is approved for release.
  • There are some display issues remaining on online screens that we are still looking into.
  • We are still looking into the issues with players who cannot access online, please try updating when you can and see if that fixes it.

None of these issues occur apart from the cannot go online issue when your device language/region is in English/Japanese/Chinese so please continue playing with your device like that if you can.

The reason for these issues is we had to update our Unity version to 2020 (from 2017) which is causing these unforeseen issues, however the update was required due to new Google Play requirements. We apologize for the inconvenience.
