This is for, in my opinion the best Ocarinas per bonus stat/ overall stats

Overall Stats =

(Reijin on Cresent Island) Gold Ocarina - 16 Arks, 100 health, 70 attack, 70 magic, 2 speed, 105 defense, 105 Resist

For Highest Water Bonus : (not overall stats)

 (Darandal in Desert)   Aqua Pyran - +25% to Water -25% to others , 12 Arks, 40 health, 40 attack, 40 magic, 60 defense, 60 resist

For Highest  Earth Bonus:

 Terra Pyran + 25% to earth, -25% to others

For Highest  Air  bonus

Aris Pyran +25% to Air, - 25% to others                                                  these 2 share the same base stats as the Aqua Pyran not the bonus

For highest  Fire  Bonus:

 Lassandal and Handal in desert (Desert Drop +40% to Fire 11 arks, 30 health, 30 attack, 30 magic, 3 speed, 45 defense, 45 resist

for Highest Holy  bonus:  

 White Blessing - +40% to Holy, - 40% to Shadow  7 arks, 15 health, 15 magic, 22 defense, 22 resist 

for highest  Shadow  bonus: 

 Shadow Ocarina - +40% to Shadow, - 40% to holy  11 arks, 30 attack, 30 magic, -3 speed, 45 defense, 45 resist

these are for bonus’s , if you find better please let me know i would love to change this! thanks

Are the themed ocarinas worth it? Does anyone use these in pvp?

Ocarinas do not work in PVP, so it doesn’t really matter what ocarina you have equipped. Themed ocarinas could be used strategically in other places of the game such as the Infinite Dungeon or just any part of the game really. You just have to make sure you check the boosts to see what it strengthens and what it weakens.

The Heigan Tempest and Imperial Jewel give the highest boosts to ATK and Magic and a better speed boost than the gold ocarina. I was going to spen my silver on it instead of level boosters but overall I decided preferred the Imperial Jewel. It was a close call though

I swear I saw a water ocarina that gave a 30% bonus.

It’d be nice if there was a +40% for the 3 “main” elements other than Fire, but sadly, there isn’t anything over +25%.

You most certainly did, the blue blessing gives a 30% boost to water arks. It’s in one of the forest towns.

I’ve noticed that in some cases like farming for cherubs I need speed. What’s the ocarina that will help with speed the most? I’m gunna assume the speed ocarina in windon.

Use a specific element orc and it will increase their speed by that %, if you want overall I believe the crystal is the fastest.

I agree, it’s a bit strange that there’s one for fire and not the others.
