You can check when they were online the last time by visiting their online profile. They didnt have a chance to notice your thread in the first place so I think you have to remain patient until they visit the forum for the next time

We are a community, quite active, because of my experience as a gamer, because of my experience in the game forums, I can say this part of this forum, the part of Neo, is quite active weekly, there are many discussion topics and debates, The players are interested in the game and there is a good mood. By this I mean that you, as game administrators, as members of the company, can have the Neo community informed, I understand your policy of not revealing event calendars or other things, but players should know some things about the news of the game, and the community needs you to BE MORE ACTIVE, since without us there is no game, that is, without players there is no game to play, then players have the right to certain information such as knowing what they are the main changes to come, how long will the updates come out, among other issues. Something that I am very happy and satisfied is the support service, they always respond and solve the problems, but the information service is very poor, we never know in advance what the immediate future of the game will be, almost always everything is surprising, so suddenly. That the administrators have informed the community telling them when the updates will come out and what the new materials added to the game will be, does not mean that they are exposing confidential company information. It is simply a very valuable information that all players would greatly appreciate. I hope you understand what I say with these words and be a little more active and interact more with users, remember that you are human beings just like the players and you can interact with us from the position of one more user of this forum. It will be the beginning of October. We may release it the end of this month if everything goes well though.
No major change for the app, at least not visually. But we have been working on improving our PvP system and some useful functions in the game. Please stay tuned!
We will prepare amazing deal, rewards and eggs for our amazing players for sure. It will be more luxurious than last year for sure.

No but seriously, I have seen Ace Beary (he got top 10 last pvp) and he had this amazing mortar combo. Can we have a festival where botanic and gryphking is featured? I would love to have a mortar team. Thanks for replying with good news and positive energy.
