I agree that the 130sec Fastbreaker is a bit too good. It makes no sense it’s faster than than Faststrike, when it’s such a reliable sweeping move.
Jasmine provides wonderful G.F. support, but of course every monster has to be a generalist these days and they gave her that move, which is basically a more powerful Transient Bash.
If Vigor Fastbreaker was increased in seconds (say, 130sec → 160sec) I think she would still be very powerful. But I think she’s not the one worth nerfing.

I think they should make regular faststrike 130tu and vigor faststrike 160tu. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that I have no personal agenda with this suggestion
