But this update button wont work and it wont let me hatch or do anytbing any advice?

just go straight to play store or app store, and then update it from there
I try but when i do it doesnt show any update option there
Then reinstall it
Tried this also multiple times still nothing
What version does it say you’re downloading in the app store, and what version does it say when you look at the application in your settings?
