go to my apps and games, now search in the update section. u will find neo.
Open playstore, u will find 3 lines in top left. press it and go to my apps and games.

We released the update about 1 hour ago, but Google Play may be taking a long time distribute it to all users, which we cannot control. Please wait a few minutes and check again.

now I am stuck at this, my internet is working totally fine, but this bar is not moving ahead help me, this only came after I updated this today
