Chapter2 :
Mysterious drought and a final good-bye to Sanctistag :
Vanahiem is the nature’s death realm ruled by the Winter-Queen!
The souls of Sanctistag , sakuralisk and other Dream-keepers are assigned to Vanaheim by the Arbiter . Sometime before this, a mysterious drought puts every death realm into a state of Vigor-starvation ! Vigor is the vital essence that sustains the afterlife. An equivalent to life-force in the living world.
Every death realm is now starving for vigor . The Pantheon leaders have initiated emergency protocols within their realms inorder to sustain their realms.
Scene : Mino , Sanctistag and the Cullers :
Mino : I shall protect you little stag soul ! I shall nurture you through the upcoming winter and will make sure you are born into the world once again as a wild-god!
This is a promise made to my Queen and I will protect my grove and every soul in it! Now rest and dreaamm!
says as he nurtures the Soul-egg of Sanctistag !
Mino’s grove is under a sudden attack by Centaureon and a pack of Searguards ! They drain off every bit of vigor from all the souls in his grove
Mino is terrified and is filled with anger! He attacks the cullers vigorously with a sole aim to protect all the souls , his precious grove and most importantly , his oath to his queen
The Centaurs are severly injured but Mino manages to defend the only soul-egg left which is of Sanctistag’s
Huntmaster : We are not your enemies grove-keeper !
Mino: Anyone who attacks my grove is MY ENEMY!
The Winter-Queen arrives at the scene seeing which Mino’s eyes tear up in hopes that she will protect his grove
Winter-Queen in a low-voice : Ow valiant grove-keeper of Vanaheim! It is I who ordered this culling ! We have no choice as an unforseen drought is slowly killing our Vanaheim …… As she says this, she grants a future- vision of withering forests in the realm to Mino !
and continues……. But I shall honor your duty ,your promise and your choice ! If you insist, I shall order the centaurs to stop but
dear mino , will you perhaps sacrifice this one soul to sustain the rest of our beloved forests?
Mino’s eyes drench in tears !
Vanaheim is dying!
He wipes his tears and musters every bit of courage he has left !
Mino : I shall sacrifice my grove and its souls for you my Queen! For VANAHEIM
He , himself, drains off Sanctistag’s soul-egg as the glow in it slowly fades away and the world loses Sanctistag FOREVER !
I am sorry , my dear stag friend ! I am sure you feel nothing but pride for serving the wilds one LAST time
Good-Bye my Friend…Good-bye!

I shall protect Vanaheim my Queen! I shall protect it with my LIFE ! I SWEAR IT
