Tienes algún modo de comprobar que la cuenta te pertenece? Recibo de compra de gemastal vez? O de la compra del juego en Google Play?
En cualquier caso, debes comunicarte (en inglés) con el neosupport Team (la dirección de correo la encuentras en el juego en la opción “contact us”) y les comentas tu problema.
