You will have to email support. The emails for contacting devs/support can be found in previous posts in this forum or in the actual game
I have this same problem. I tried to contact devs through email (I think it’s the one on google play) and it’s said the email doesn’t exist. But I kinda restarted from scratch (because the game isn’t free and I’m such a cheapo) only to pull the gacha and not the actual game.
