Every time there is an update or some extra content needs to be downloaded from the game the download is extremely slow so slow that sometimes we do not show that it has advanced, I had come to think that it was a bad personal connection to the internet, but I have commented with the boys of the clan and with some friends and they have told me that they also happens . I wanted to ask the boys from other countries if the same thing happens to me and if there was a reason that we do not know I would like to know if @Dev_VKC could explain to us. For example, I started the download at 9:23 p.m. and at 9:43 p.m. it still hasn’t progressed at all. I think it’s not normal. Happens to you guys?

happens everywhere as far as i know. i actually find it better to leave that screen and return to the main offline homepage. it feels like nothing happens while you are on that screen. I’m in UK.

i literally downloaded in the time since writing that message. 
try checking your teams while you wait. thats what i did. only took a couple of minutes.

but if you stay on the load screen it doesn’t move.
I have already downloaded it in just minutes. I used a VPN connected to a UK server. it worked 
The real irony here is that while you were doing that i was listening to Spanish songs!

Never happened to me and didn’t know it was a widespread thing. I thought it was just a few people affected. Mine almost always loads as usual and when it’s “bad” it’s 30 seconds on that loading screen.
Oof you are lucky. It took me 40 more than forty minutes there 
. However once I put a VPN connecting to the UK the download was as fast as you describe, next time I will try with the VPN from the start
