Got my first legendary since playing lol, a cryochick. I’ve beaten everything in the game so far aside from most master challenges. Wonder if cryo would help now

I don’t get it I spend 100 for each festival event and get no legendaries but the regular wheel I have no problem getting legendaries. Why is this!!!

Did around 7 rolls and got 2 legendaries. They were my first. Grimly and Loch. Never though i could actually get lucky XD
I did a couple of rolls and got it, I don’t know if it fits well in my team or not, I was hoping I could ger rexo but it’s ok I’m happy that I just got 4 epics on like 11 or 12 rolls
