Well here is my situation, it all started when im trying to play the game early in the morning and eventually im so excited that i really want to spend all the energy that been regenerates cause i waited for it for so long around 5 hours almost 6 hours i think? And i spend 45 energy in the 3x money farm then when the game crushes thats where the problem begins, when i relog in the game did nit comeback my 45 energy that ive used its kinda sad cause i did not receive the rewards but i spend almost all of my energy its kinda waste of my time just want to know if there is a way to recover my lost energy? Or even how can i get my reward?
Unfortunately, if you have unstable connection at the time you complete a battle it won’t collect the rewards properly or count as the mission being completed. The tickets are used when you enter the mission so they are already gone. Tickets replenish quite quickly so while it might feel like a big blow now I hope that it’s easily forgotten and soon you won’t worry that once this happened to you.
If this happens for a serious reward then if you contact support they tend to be very good helping fix things (i.e. giving you the reward you’re owed). I wouldn’t bother taking their time for a normal mission but something bigger it’s worth doing it for.

Ofc im having fun in the game but can the devs make a way for this case to be solve? I mean if there’s someone that have the same case like me that is just started playing the game ofc they will be discourage and enrage for sure if they will experience something like this, so if there is a way to make the energy back when disconnected then its big help though, my internet connection is stable and fine it just the game jusr disconnected every single time i open it, but it only happens specifically, what i mean is it only happens when i open the game firstly and it will disconnected around 5 mins then after that and I’ll re login then the game is fine no problem at all it just that every single time i open the game first hand the game got disconnected that’s what happening in me every single time
If you’re having disconnect problems on login then contact support shopsupport@zigzagame.net. They may be able to diagnose if there is something wrong with your account.
