About a month ago, i was asking for advice in the Team building help section. A guy called Unholy_Prem suggested that i evolve Dreadmoth. I was skeptical at first, mainly because i thought it was too much of a gimmick mon to be useful so i didn’t even bother to evolved it. Fast forward a week ago, i decided to finally evolved it but still didn’t use it. Yesterday, i did finally tried it. I was wrong, i was very wrong. It was very fun and versatile. The three extra forms give it a lot of ways to handle those annoying stun, dream, and poison mons, not to mention having some tools to deal with protector (guardian execute for shadow form and true hit for storm form). I am very glad that i did actually decide to use it. Thank you Unholy_Prem, if it’s wasn’t for you, i probably won’t even give Dreadmoth the time of day.
Now, i’m going to do the khanate storyline. Wish me luck.
It is one of the best if not the best SE in the game
Way better then most legendarys and some mythics
Im doing Bond Quest at the moment just to see it shine
In PvE and some PvP battles, I usually place Dreadmoth (HP boosted) one slot before my one-on-one monsters such as Mantisamurai or Oniblade. If I realize that none of Dreadmoth’s forms will be useful, I often morph it into Shadowmoth. Enemies often ignore it if there are no targets, and later I can activate One-on-One from Mantisamurai or Oniblade. Shadowmoth, with sleep immunity and Purify, puts my team in a good position and can actually turn the tables, and i forgot the name of this monster it used to kill my monsters to make place for a powerful sweeper in my case it was carmilla+cyclophina
