I assume from the pic with 2 silver keys missing and his ticket cost low that he wanted tickets trying to enter the de-aging fruit area multiple times and… was unable to connect for some reason? Idk, too vague, but general tech answer I guess is make sure you have good internet connection and dont close out the app/minimize it while playing.
