I need help to recover my account, however I forgot my Transfer Code and I cannot access my phone because it broke. I bought a new phone and I wanted to play Neo Monsters but I cannot also remember my transfer code.
My in-game name is Terrakion, I am around level 150-160+ (I cannot remember it well) The last time that I logged in on that account was on June 24, 2025.
Please follow this post to contact the support directly with providing your purchase code when you initially bought the game. Even if you bought the game for 0$ you will have a purchase code, the purchase connects the game to your Google Playstore account. You can also use any ingame purchase code if available.
