You get 6* tickets from some events like PvP and biweekly missions. You also get one from daily login every 28 days.
If you hatch a legendary then it gets +1 bonus. If it has already reached +9 then you get a 6* ticket instead. However, this doesn’t happen until you’ve played the game for a long time.
